Actual behaviour

When adding a member to the team we receive the following error. Adding new members is not possible anymore. TRPCClientError: NOT_FOUND

Edit: deleting a member will result in the same error.

Expected behaviour

Successfully add new member to an existing team

Steps to Reproduce?

1. Go to https://shopmon.fos.gg/account/organizations
2. Select organisation
3. Add new member
4. TRPCClientError: NOT_FOUND error is thrown

we right now only allow administrator of organization to invite people. wdym @pumpi change that? I improved the error message

I think there is no problem if all can invite in the group, but if it is silently I think there can be a problem. Can we add a message that a new person join the group? And deletion of Members must only the owner of the group, I think 🤔. We have no function to transfer the Owner?
