fix: determine recent security plugin version from unofficial shopware api

Currently, the upgradeVersion does not work, if you have the plugin installed by composer.

This version gets recent version from shopware API.

What do you think @shyim ? Or should we implement it into https://github.com/FriendsOfShopware/shopware-static-data/blob/main/data/security.json ?

shopmon still uses it 😄 . I've reopened https://github.com/FriendsOfShopware/shopware-static-data/issues/12
