Hello,

ZTIGather.xml file is missing since latest commit (https://github.com/FriendsOfMDT/PSD/commit/65f4113d366f4844960b5fa3270287b967cddb3c), causing errors in installation, winPE image generation and deployment.

if the file has moved then the PS should be modified to reflect that so that new admins don't assume their fresh shares are broken out of the box due to errors.
