Fix connection issue with Steam

Fixed Steam connection error by editing two functions. Thanks to @Allexedge

For people who just want to fix the problem, simply download this file, close GOG Galaxy, extract the "backend_steam_network.py" from the archive and move it (replace the original) to: %appdata%\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed\steam_ca27391f-2675-49b1-92c0-896d43afa4f8

I did this and now none of my integrations will connect.

I did this and now none of my integrations will connect.

Currently GOG is having technical issues. Galaxy will not connect, hence all integrations will stay offline as well. Issue ongoing since at least yesterday evening.

I'd recommend to wait until Galaxy goes online again and retry.
