Allow symfony 7.x

There is any plan to allow sf 7.x? any concerns about it?

Hi, I've just created fork for myself https://github.com/wnnawalaniec/SymfonyExtension as I want to start a new project with Symfony 7 and Behat tests are must have for me. The only thing I've changed was a dependencies versions. For now there is no stable Behat version released yet compatible with Symfony 7 but 3.x-dev branch works well. So keep it in mind. I've only run demo tests that comes with this extension and I'm about to write some own test today.
