GravityForms Issue with Multiple Page Forms

Hi @gzuidhof !

When forms created with GravityForms have multiple pages, the Friendly Captcha widget doesn't work as expected.

If the widget is set on the first page of the multi page form, it seems to be behave normal, but once the user clicks on the final submit button, they are redirected to the first page an the error shown in the screenshot attached is displayed.

If the widget is set on any other page of the multi page form, the widget seems to be not loaded.

A fix would be great :)

I tried to reproduce it, indeed it fails if the captcha is placed on an earlier page than the last. However when I place the captcha on the last page it seems to work (and that is probably where the captcha makes the most sense anyway?).

In other words I can't reproduce this issue: If the widget is set on any other page of the multi page form, the widget seems to be not loaded.

I'm currently working on making it behave like this instead:

• Every page with a captcha widget on it can fail the captcha
• Pages without a captcha on them don't fail if no captcha is present.

If the widget is placed on the last page of the form it seems like the Friendly Captcha JavaScript is not loaded. You could do a live check of it at the form at the bottom of this page: https://ptc.de/service-check/
