[UI] Feature: Multiple RSS feeds in seperate frames

Open TicTac9k1 opened this issue 10 years ago • 4 comments

Hello,

I've been looking around for a self hosted RSS reader but unless I'm not looking good enough; I noticed that there are no self hosted RSS readers that allow feeds to be read in a frame like way.

I was very fond of how Netvibes handled this, screenshots below; http://i.imgur.com/FNuTBK4.png http://i.imgur.com/ADXc7ZW.png

Is this already possible?

So far, there is no view like this one. It might be a good idea for a new extension

Hey, reopening an old feature request but I'm in the same case as @TicTac9k1. I'm testing FressRSS as an alternative to Netvibes and I really appreciate keeping the same way to navigate the feeds.

I don't remember where I've found this (maybe it was shared somewhere else here) but there is this project that may be suited for this: https://github.com/timendum/freshportal

It's been so long that I totally forgot I made this request.

Honestly I've grown used to the FreshRSS interface for some time now. For me there's not really a need for the request anymore. Al though I would not be opposed to have this implemented, I'd definitely use it. Mostly because I prefer the way information is presented this way. The project that @Alwaysin mentioned looks nice. https://github.com/timendum/freshportal
