How to test the feature manually:
- Go to the settings or sections in FreshRSS where the translated files are used.
- Check the Latvian translations for accuracy and context in the UI. (Need confirmation)
- Make sure that translated texts display correctly without breaking the layout or functionality.

Note: I am not a native Latvian speaker, so I need someone to confirm the translations are correct. I left the "TODO"'s in place for reference.

Were the updated TODO translations reviewed by a Latvian speaker/reader? I would like to make sure it's all correct.

I deleted the TODOs because they made the tests fail.

I'm so sorry for the long absence!!
There were quite a few issues due to the translator just not being able to figure out the word placement or what ends of words to use, so I went ahead and fixed them. I also fixed up some of the translations I did previously in order to be more consistent, etc.
I can't push the changes though. I haven't changed up PRs in repos I am not a maintainer in, so not too sure on how to fix that, but I think @Otnzfq-Fleqf has to give me write access to his fork.
@Exerra Regarding the access rights, another option is for you to take that branch https://github.com/Otnzfq-Fleqf/FreshRSS/tree/update-latvian-translation and make a new pull request here
