How are imports organised?!

I had an instance of Dawarich running. I made an export and changed NAS. Somehow the old database wasn't really readable. I think I managed to fix things but I am confused how things are stored.

1. The app says that there are 99.458 points to reupload. But that feature doesn't work.
2. The web app says there are 21.958 points in the "point" part of the site.
3. In "imports" there is the file with 87.855 points. Why are those points not on the points page?

I guess I have an overlap now. I'd like to have all my data in the points section for a better overview. And how to determine when the imported points start? A.k.a.: which day is my first logged day with Dawarich? So can I merge it all?
