Upload iOS tracks to a new Dawarich server instance?

How can I re-upload the points recorded on iOS that have already been uploaded to a Dawarich server to a new Dawarich server? Currently, I can only upload the current points that have never been uploaded to a new server. Unfortunately, I can't upload the past ones, which I can see on my iPhone. Background: My Dawarich server ran smoothly on UnRaid for half a year using the Compose Manager and a suitable YML file. However, after attempting an update, I get error messages after "Compose Up" that I can't resolve. It's probably an UnRaid/Docker issue. I also have a backup of the database, but I can't find a way to restore the previous state. Unfortunately, I haven't exported the data. I thought the database was enough. Experience: not enough! What I can manage, however, is to reinstall Dawarich with all its components from the UnRaid App Store and get it running. Now I just want to upload all my iOS Dawarich Points to this new server installation. I'm asking for help, as my collected data is important to me. Thank you in advance.

P.S. What would be the best recommendation for data backup in the future, for example, with regard to a new Dawarich server instance?

I'm not a maintainer, but it looks like there were some breaking changes back in 0.27 and 0.28, and they affected the database. Good chance there was a migration or config change that was supposed to take place and that is the root of your issue. I'd read through those release notes and see if you catch anything that might help.

@BeUnRaider in the iOS app: Settings -> Re-upload points. Select datetime range and hit "Upload points"
