Issue importing GPX files

I am running into an issue with certain GPX file imports.

It states that the file has been imported. I look at the points and it shows that there are points collated from the file.

A minute or so later, it shows that the import fails.

I'm attaching the GPX file to this so you can see that there is data in the file. The file is Other-20250402-0827-86254.gpx (renamed to .txt so it can be uploaded here).

I imported 2070 GPX files yesterday, and only 7 of these failed to import - even after showing points, and then the points went to 0.

I am also seeing another issue: of the files I imported, they are all showing 0 points in the My Data > Imports section. I can click on the map and it will take me to the map and show the data associated with it. The ones in question that have failed take me to the map for today, but centered on Berlin.

Imported provided file with no issues in 0.36.2, let me know if it's still an issue
