time bar changes
The turn and pool bars should be merged into a single slim one, in similar way to how required energy is being shown by being deducted from total current energy. This makes sense as the pool can't be larger than the turn and would free up space for plasma or or score bar.
This will only work if displaying the pool time is not a high priority, otherwise not starting with the turn time bar filled up would be rather ugly.
Another idea would be to keep the scroll bars separate and have them not start at 100% height, but being filled to a percent that would better indicate the difference between the minimum and maximum time settings. The outline will keep at that spot, while the inside will get depleted.
