don't scroll page

Using the mouse wheel over the game's canvas shouldn't scroll the page. Very useful when the game is not maximized and actually embedded in a page.

Arrow key scrolling seems to be fixed in Chrome now, scrolling issue remains.

@DreadKnight, I think this issue is not actual any more. At least I can't to repeat it

@TheSeally It's still an issue when the game is embedded, like on the homepage https://AncientBeast.com - but you would have to zoom in the page to make sure it's scrollable and problem only happens with the pre-match screen, not while actual gameplay.

and also when you click in the game iframe too, the arrow keys should not work

They're hotkeys in-game, but yeah, shouldn't be scrolling the game, just like Spacebar.
