avoid log snapping

Currently minimizing the log at the start of the combat (when the log doesn't have enough text to fill the height) causes some rather unpleasant text snapping. The text in the combat log should be vertically aligned to the bottom, while the list still scrollable when maximized and having enough content, do test!

Filled the log with a mini-tutorial at start, in order to do something useful and also hide the snapping issue.
