Scavenger's Escort Service shows up as already used at times, for no good reason!

Hi! I am attempting to fix this bug.

Could you share:

  1. When/how does this bug occur for you?
  2. Is it during certain actions (moving, after using ability, etc.)?
  3. Does it happen consistently or intermittently?
  4. Any specific game state that triggers it?

This would help me properly test the fix before submitting a PR.

Hi! I am attempting to fix this bug.

Materialized a Knightmare and a Scavenger, moved Scavenger in front of Knightmare, like in the screenie.

  1. Is it during certain actions (moving, after using ability, etc.)?

After moving in position.

  1. Does it happen consistently or intermittently?

Quite often for me.

  1. Any specific game state that triggers it?
