move UI at the bottom side overall [bounty: 40 XTR]

The UI should sort of be flipped vertically overall for various reasons:

  • more background from combat location to be visible most of the time, especially on mobiles
  • less fatigue by having to constantly raise arms more when using touch screens
  • reduce obstructing the view by raising arms on touch screens

Seems you modified image from website (wrong) to game UI (good)...
