Pauses

Pauses won't be player specific anymore but for all players on demand provided the kiosk allows it (like for when you have a party and pizza man rings) and mandatory advertisement pauses for when players aren't registered/subscribed (pauses for full mode could be longer or occur more often).

Pauses can display game related info, news, ads or even allow to spectate a random match.

Maybe pause can work on local matches only, while online it will only show help and settings. Need to polish the spec on this issue.
