This creature is a stuffed puppet, the passive could allow it to bypass materialization sickness while the second ability could allow repairing self / allies or disable other units.

Stuffed Decoy - this ability is passive. Materialization sickness doesn't affect this unit at all, allowing it to act faster. It will act the same round materialized. Upgrade: Nearby foes can't use attacks. or Upgrade: Melee enemies can't attack.

Razor Blade Slices a nearby foe, keeping a sample, causing it to be affected by ultimate. Sampling done if strike is not blocked. Upgrade: -10 mental mastery debuff.

Manual Sewing Can spend some time patching itself if damaged, getting in better condition. Restores up to 10% of maximum health. Upgrade: Can also patch nearby allies.

Voodoo Doll Stabs itself, doing 20 mental damage to any of the previously sampled enemies. This will do 20 pierce damage to self. Upgrade: Can make inline enemy flee.
