Supper Chomp hints

If Uncle Fungus uses upgraded Supper Chomp on a unit and he's already full health, a "Burp!" should be displayed above as a hint (similar to amount of healing text) and also a burp sound should be played.

The extra health points surpassing his maximum should overflow (if not doing so already) into temporary buff that provides regrowth bonus. If he doesn't overflow, then Regrowth++ text shouldn't be displayed.
