IMX8MM-LPDDR4-EVK: Scarthgap mainline bootloader fails to boot

In a fresh environment using the following: branch=scarthgap MACHINE=imx8mm-lpddr4-evk DISTRO=poky Image=core-image-minimal

The built image fails to boot as shown in the attached log. imx8mm_dflt_poky-boot-fail.txt

@fabioestevam Is it possible for you to take a look at this boot failure and see if it has been fixed in current versions?
