No Account page

Hello! I am using Freemius for my plugin.

My buyers often encounter the problem, that there is no "Account" page under the plugin:

I think this can be connected with skipping "Opt in" process. But when they upgrades to the premium (even after installing the premium version), they can't activate their license due to this issue: there is no account and no option to opt in again. This can be resolved by deleting Freemius account at Debug page (and then Opt in at plugins page), but this solution doesn't seem right and it's hard to explain for users how to do that.
