Disable support link in sub menu for non-admin users

Description

It was asked there https://wordpress.org/support/topic/hide-support-forum-sub-menu-link/#post-12801433 Basically if an user is not admin or with that permisison don't show the support link in the submenu.

Maybe something that you can configure will be better

Describe alternatives you've considered

Right now a css solution is not very good...
