Free Trial tab shouldn't be in the Account page if plugin doesn't have Free Trial enabled

• What is the issue? (*) "Free Trial" tab is alongside the Account, Upgrade, and Billing tabs at the Account sub-menu item even though this plugin does not allow free trials.
• What is the expected behavior? Free Trial tab shouldn't be there at all... or, not quite as good but still better would be to change the messaging from Sorry, but you can't utilize the trial more than once :( to Sorry, but this product does not allow free trials.

Can you please share the integration code? If there's no trial set in the dashboard, and if there's no trial set in the SDK integration snippet, the trial tab should not appear.
