User asked for license after plugin deactivation, cannot activate it
A user buys a premium version of a plugin with Checkout (single site license) and follows the installation procedure, deactivates the plugin and then reactivates it.
It will now ask for the license key again, but because it has already been activated (quota met), the user has no option but to use the free version instead. The Accounts screen is not visible.
Temporary fix: Deactivate the license in the Freemius dashboard and make the user enter it again on their site.
