generic and paragraph are not output by JAWS 2023

Summary

  1. Go to https://codepen.io/jaws-test/pen/mdaOxLo
  2. Press INS+CTRL+P for the paragraph list
  3. Press INS+CTRL+Z for the generic list

Expected result

generic and paragraph is output with the ARIA 1.2 roles in the same way as with the corresponding HTML elements

Actual result

generic and paragraph is not output with the ARIA 1.2 roles. The HTML elements are output correctly by JAWS.

To sum up: The new ARIA roles are not supported by JAWS except for meter. ARIA 1.2 has been published since 2018 and has been a W3C recommendation since 06 June 2023.
