[Feature Request]: Move Chapters to the right side of the player

Problem Description

Going to the video description to see and change chapters isn't convenient. We have to scroll down to see chapter list. Chapter list has very small height (only 3 chapters at once).

Proposed Solution

Right-Side Chapter List

Add a setting to show a dedicated chapter list on the right side of the player, similar to YouTube's layout. This provides an easy-to-access overview of the video's sections.

Alternatives Considered

Right-Side Description

Offer an option to display the full video description on the right side of the player. This would make it easier to reference chapter timestamps, links, or other information without leaving the video screen.
