Problem Description

Audio enhancements options for hearing impaired:

1. An option to switch from stereo to mono
2. An option to apply loudness equalization

Hi @Beliathal, its better to split the audio and video parts into 2 separate issues. I would recommend keeping the audio stuff here and copy the video enhancements in another request. Also dont forget to edit the title of this issue!

I have the same problem with audio - some videos have only one active audio channel which makes listening in headphones very difficult. I understand that chrome already has built in option to map audio channels and it supports mono, so probably implementing this feature should be possible.
