[Bug]: Change Media Formats menu cut off when Hide Sharing Actions is enabled

Describe the bug
- Enable Hide Sharing Actions under Distraction Free Settings
- Go to any video
- Click on the Change Media Formats button
- See that menu is cut off

Expected Behavior
Menu should not be cut of when sharing actions is enabled
