[Feature Request]: Remember last chosen export folder

Problem Description

Each time you export data from FreeTube it defaults to $HOME

Proposed Solution

Have FreeTube remember the last folder data was exported to

Alternatives Considered

Instead of a two click process (export -> save) , manually change to the desired folder each time you want to export (export -> browse -> save)

This adds a small but useful improvement to ease of exporting data

Strange. This was always Freetube's behavior for me, where it would remember what folder I had previously been exporting/importing playlists and history from and default to that location, until version 23.0 came out. Now it seems to default to the "Downloads" folder every single time.
