[Bug]: Turning PIP on/off/on makes PIP window bigger

Describe the bug

1. Go to any video
2. Spam shortcut i to turn on and off the PIP window quickly / Alternatively u can also click on the PIP button in the player to replicate this issue

Expected Behavior

PIP window should not increase

I downloaded & installed this: freetube-0.18.0-nightly-2920-setup-x64.exe from here Local API: Add support for hashtag pages (#3483) I still can't replicate this bug

Uninstalled build 2920 and installed the latest build freetube-0.18.0-nightly-2922-setup-x64.exe and still got the same issue

I think this might be an upstream bug because if i look at the output over at https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/picture-in-picture/ im seeing the same results
