[Bug]: Local API comments not rendering strikethroughs

Describe the bug

1. Go to Ahoy's "Trackers: The Sound of 16-Bit" (roBkg-iPrbw) and open the comments.
2. Look under the replies of "Bob Jones".
3. See that Robert's comment is missing the strikethrough going through "Elaborates a lot".
4. Additionally, see that Invidious instances (or at least https://invidious.snopyta.org) also don't show a strikethrough.

Expected Behavior

Although some Invidious instances don't display strikethroughs, the Local API should hopefully be able to do this.
