Add remarks to unknown objects

if a COT is not recognized (parsed) by FTS it will simply forwarded with an "unknown objects" remark

I think we have a log output for that @naman108 , do we add this also to the remarks?

the above described behavior is what happens but right now I'm pretty sure we don't add the remarks. This functionality would be apart of the cot_management component

BTW the COT manager is currently part of digitalPy but we should move it out into FTS

actually that's a duplicate, really it's apart of FTS but there's some leftover template code in DP though I believe it can be deleted.
