App crashes, freezes, etc on Samsung Galaxy A5

Phone: Samsung Galaxy A5 Android Version: 8.0.0

FreeTAKUAS constantly freezes, crashes, hangs etc.

This was a spare phone for me that I factory reset. Did clean updates to android and only have DJI Fly, FreeTAKUAS, Litchi and tailscale installed.

Drone is a Mini SE with remote it came with. I dont know what other details to post to help figure out what is going on.
