STM32F103C8T6 No power

Hey,

Recently i have troubles with flashing firmware to new devices, Previously i was using STM32F103C8, but recently i bought STM32F103C8T6, im able to do firmware flash using ST-Link v2 and USB-UART but then it does not work on USB, (it works if i leave 5v or 3.3V from ST-Link v2 or USB-UART, but on only USB board gets no power. Im sure that USB cable is all good, i tested it and changed cable as well. Its connecting via USB when i provide external power. can some one help me?
