Weird Audio Glitch while YouTube Video/Webpage loading

Running latest release 1.7.1b5

Noticed my speakers were making a glitch sound every second. Narrowed it down to FreeJoy Configurator.

To reproduce: 1: Open FreeJoy Configurator 2: Open Chrome 3: Go to YouTube.(also reproduced when opening websites) 3A: Load a video. May start before then. 4: Close FreeJoy Configurator and noise stops.
