Encoder ( Ky040 ) not working correctly

Hi,

I installed 4 encoders for my button box. if I turn an encoder to the left, it often activates both commands. ( Left Right ). I can't solve the problem with the timers. does anyone have any advice? steps are often skipped until a command comes.

My KY040s gave double presses A&B at the same time, couldn't get them to do single presses, had to desolder the encoder from the board to make it work.
