POV is working.... sort of

I have a problem with a POV.

In FreeJoy configurator the POV is working but when using properties in WIndows 10 Game Controller the POV only responds to diagonally pushes, not up/down/left/right.

If I assign the POV to buttons instead it is working in WIndows.

How's that and how do I manage to get the POV work as a POV in Windows?

Well, to answer myself as no one else seems to have this problem.

Does anybody have a functioning POV with FreeJoy/Windws10?

I tried several and POV's and none of them are reacting in Windows controller. In VKB Joytester I also get perculiar results Hat in center Hat-31500 Hat in center Har-4500 etc And this is only when the POV is between their positions.
