RKJXM1 debouncing support

When RKXJM switches are set as POV+center button configuration, on certain directional presses, the middle button momentarily triggers when the directional press is released. I've play around with the denounce time setting (20ms, 30ms, 100ms, and 200 ms) but it doesn't seem to affect the behavior. Perhaps we need dedicated debounce code for RKJXM1 switches?

Also, it affects only one direction, the rest of other directions are fine. I believe it's the Com-A pin (which is up direction for me).
