Addon Manager: Unresponsiveness whether large addons are installed or the install is stalled

Problem description

Currently when the Addon Manager is downloading addons their progress is not displayed and it simply is saying that the addon is being installed. This is a problem for large addons like the FreeCAD-library for parts or in rare cases where an addon is stalling. So it would be nice to have a download bar displayed bellow.
