FEM: Result object labes are truncated for low times/eigenvalues

Problem description

For low times (transient or nonlinear analyses) and eigenvalues (frequency or buckling analyses), the labels of the results pipeline and CCX results objects don't reflect those times/eigenvalues anymore:

The example above is for times from 0.0001 to 0.001 s. Here's what it looks like for larger times (0.1 to 1):

Increasing the number of digits displayed by those labels is one way but it would be good to also add another property to those objects that would contain the full value without such a truncation.

The Number of decimals preference doesn't affect this.
