AddonManager does not load Swedish translation if only using language in filename

AddonManager does not load Swedish translation if only using language in filename.

When using the file "AddonManager_sv.qm" it will not load it, changing it to "AddonManager_sv-SE.qm" is works.

Not sure this applies to other languages but specifying the country should not be needed for most languages.
