Hi luzpaz, It's no problem for me to take over triplus' other modules as well. It would make sense for me to maintain all triplus' modules. What do you think? Regards Michael
PieMenu maintainership has been transferred to @mdkus in 6a8f294
Someone uses CADQuary module? at least for me installing it give me problems with Plot, see my comment. Edit: Isn't this its successor (https://github.com/jpmlt/freecad-cadquery2-workbench/issues/1), still not available through Addon Manager. Second edit: cadquery_module no longer breaks Plot module.
I'm currently working on a WorkbenchOrganizer which is based on triplus TabBar. As my WorkbenchOrganizer extends the TabBars functionality significantly I gave it a new name. I also ported it to PySide2. So my WorkbenchOrganizer is a kind of 'TabBar on Steroids' and could be seen as a replacement. If I only would succeed to get it into the AddOn-Manager.
I'm also working on the ShortCuts AddOn from triplus at the moment.
So maybe in a few weeks, I can provide a ShortCuts-AddOn on steroids as well. I aim to make Shortcut Management easy and visual. Maybe I even can make it a Shortcut trainer as well. We'll see ...
Hi @luzpaz, recently Grub user have taken over the maintainership of the PieMenu WB, already a lot of improvements have been made, previous maintainer mdkus have agreed via forum: https://forum.freecad.org/viewtopic.php?t=84101&start=80
To reflect the change I made this PR: https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD-addons/pull/285
@chennes :point_up:
I think triplus's selector toolbar is much better then the tab bar: https://github.com/triplus/SelectorToolbar and should be considered instead
vs
(smaller icons yet takes more space, no way to access other wb easily)
