Repository Overview Nitpicking

In the repositories overview the sidebar
description is currently the following:

Instead the link to the homepage should
be placed in the corresponding field.

Here is an example of where to put it:

Also the description doesn't need to specify Official, this is the
FreeCAD organization so of course it's official, otherwise we'd have
to add official into every repository description.

While we are at it, the repository should have
topics - as can be seen in the above example as well.

Possible topics to add:

• freecad
• website
• homepage
• boostrap
• fontawesome
