[Feature Request] [Forum] Subscribe button in "FreeCAD/FreeCAD-Dark" Forum theme

There appears to be no option to do so in these themes, so anyone using them has to first change theme and then subscribe.

@theabhayprajapati in "control panel"->"board preferences" (https://forum.freecadweb.org/ucp.php?i=ucp_prefs&mode=personal), select "prosilver" Screenshot_20221011-150815 You will see in any thread a menu: Screenshot_20221011-150946 This I want in "FreeCAD" and "FreeCAD-Dark".

P.S. Sorry the screenshots are absurdly large when viewed on PC.

Actually the two freecad themes have many problems, they also don't have notifications, etc... I propose we remove them, and maybe make a new dark version based on elegance...

@yorikvanhavre I like the theme though, and making a new theme might have it's own new problems.

If we really end up removing the two freecad themes, please do so after an alternative dark theme is added.
