应用程序无法正常启动

你好，我修改.pro文件中WinPcap和libnet的绝对路径，改为相对路径后，可以编译成功，程序跑起来缺少libnet.dll， 我添加后，运行显示 “应用程序无法正常启动（0xc000007b）”
