Latest Darwin arm64 release won't open

When I double click the .app file MacOS 13.5.2 says the app is damaged and cannot be opened. Same behavior with right click -> Open.

i am also getting this behavior both 1.5.24 and 1.5.23 -- doing a xattr -c ungit.app/ seems to solve the issue
