Since gulp-mocha now spawns a new process running mocha we can no longer use the debugger to set breakpoints in our test code and then run the gulp task that...

Add measures to the hypercube view.

Adding new measures to the hypercube view and not only existing ones would make it more useful. I.E being able to write `sum(sales)`

Currently the values in the field is sorted by the frequency. Making it possible to change sort order to numerical or alphabetical could be useful.
