Trying to run Ubantu with Open TV

I get the add xtrem and password info and get channel displayed, but get error when trying to open. Works great on Windows 11 laptop. I did donate $10 us via PayPal. Thanks for help.Victor

Thank you for your donation again. How did you install open tv? .deb? flatpak? Can you give exact OS information
