request: respect mpv.conf

Hi, I already have my custom config file for mpv. I realized that when i open files with open-tv, mpv doesn't respect my save-position-on-quit= setting at ~/.config/mpv/mpv.conf. I cross checked with other mpv supported iptv players and they're fine. It insists about saving the information for the files(volume, subtitle, audio etc. . .) at ~/.local/state/mpv/watch_later

Maybe there are also some other settings but i see only save-position-on-quit= and volume= Volume is not important because there's a setting for that in open-tv.

IMHO open-tv shouldn't change anything if there is any custom config exists.

The solution is to allow the user to disable save on quit on vods, then your setting on mpv.conf will be respected.

I don't have a lot of time right now but if someone is willing to submit a PR, I'll gladly review it.
