Database File is Locked

If I have auto-refresh enabled when I start the app, or if I add or edit a source and refresh it, I often get the error message that says the database is locked if I try to search. It would be nice to either have some sort of visual indicator or a disabled search field while the sources are refreshing and you are locking the DB.
